The Chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Rivers State, has been honoured with the Creative Industry Impact Award at the AFRIK International Film Festival (AFRIK AIFF) 2026.
The award was presented during the festival’s Award Night held at Js Signature Hotel, New GRA, Port Harclourt, in recognition of his outstanding leadership, commitment to community development, and support for initiatives that strengthen collaboration between institutions and the public.
Representing the Chairman at the event was Mr. Esimie Nnamdi, Organising Secretary of the PCRC, Rivers State, who received the award on his behalf and conveyed his appreciation to the organisers for the honour.
The ceremony brought together creatives, industry leaders, and cultural stakeholders in celebration of excellence and impactful contributions to the growth of the creative industry.
