It was a very beautiful way to close the year as the Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), and the Secretary of the Police Community Relations Committee, former SP Grace Iringe-Koko, was promoted to the rank of a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP).
The PCRC was on hand to celebrate our very own CSP Grace Iringe-Koko on this auspicious occasion, as represented by the State Chairman, Amb. Voke Emore, the State Welfare Officer, Juliet Isaac, and the State/Corporate Coordinator, Dcn. Amb. Donald Osifoh.
