It was an emotion laden moment when the PCRC, Rivers State Command, represented by (R-L) the State Deputy Secretary, Esimvie Osuamkpe, State Welfare Secretary, Juliet Isaac, and a state member, Amb. Engr. Ike Thomas paid a condolence visit to the husband of the late Beauty Okeku at their residence in Port Harcourt. The visibly distraught husband, who mentioned that he was numbed by the entire experience, appreciated the PCRC for the visit.
