OPENING CEREMONY OF PCRC, ZONE 16 COMMAND, YENAGOA: 26TH MARCH 2026
The PCRC, Zone 16, held her Opening Ceremony for 2026 on March 26, 2026, at the PCRC Hall, Zonal Headquarters, Yenagoa. The meeting, presided over by the Zone 16 Chairman, Bishop Dr Moses Omonkhuale, had in attendance, members of the Executive Council for Zone 16, members of Zone 16, delegates from Rivers State Command, which included the Rivers State Chairman, Amb. Voke Emore, and the Deputy Secretary, Esimvie Osuamkpe, as well as the Deputy Secretary for Bayelsa State PCRC, who stood in for the PCRC Chairman of Bayelsa State. The Zonal PPRO was represented by his 2ic Chief James Eke (ASP).
One of the highlights of the ceremony was the sharing of food packs to the entire 93+ police personnel on duty to give them a sense of belonging as part of the opening ceremony.
