MONTHLY GENERAL MEETING OF THE PCRC RIVERS STATE, POLICE OFFICERS’ MESS, PORT HARCOURT: 17TH SEPTEMBER 2026
The monthly general meeting of the Police Community Relations Committee, Rivers State Command, for the month of September 2026 was held on Thursday 17th September 2026. The meeting, which was presided over by the State Chairman, Dr Voke Emore, and supported by his Executive Officers, deliberated on various issues, including the upcoming War Against Drug Abuse event and other issues. Newly elected delegates and new members were also introduced and inducted, respectively. Another highlight of the meeting was the formal unveiling of the Safe School Representatives for each Area Command in the state. Dr Ibimina Wokoma, the MD of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA), represented by Comrade Ukoha Omereji, also addressed the house on areas of mutual cooperation, while members whose birthdays fell in the month of September cut their joint birthday cake.
