RIVERS PCRC CONDOLES NIGERIA POLICE, POCACOV OVER DEATH OF ASP RAYMOND DIVINE AKACHIM
The Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Rivers State, has expressed condolences to the Nigeria Police Force, Rivers State Police Command and the Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV) following the death of its Rivers State Coordinator, ASP Raymond Divine Akachim.
The Rivers State PCRC Chairman, Dr Voke Emore, expressed shock and sadness over the death of the police officer, describing his passing as a painful loss to the Police community and those who worked with him.
Dr Emore described ASP Akachim as a dedicated and diligent professional who carried out his responsibilities with passion, commitment and a strong sense of duty.
He noted that the late coordinator made meaningful contributions to the fight against cultism and other social vices, while also working to strengthen positive relationships between the Police and members of the community.
According to the PCRC Chairman, the late ASP Akachim’s commitment and service would remain in the memories of colleagues and stakeholders who worked with him.
Dr Emore extended the committee’s condolences to the immediate family of the deceased, the Nigeria Police Force, Rivers State Police Command and the entire POCACOV family.
He prayed that God would grant ASP Raymond Divine Akachim eternal rest and give his family, colleagues and loved ones the strength and fortitude to bear the loss.
