The Executive Council of the Junior Chambers International, led by their President, Amb. Faith Izuumia Barilera (PhD), visited the Police Community Relations Committee Secretariat on Friday, 10th July 2026.
The team used the opportunity of the visit to affirm the PCRC Rivers State Chairman, Dr. Voke Emore, as a Human Duties Ambassador. Accompanying the Rivers State PCRC Chairman to receive the JCI Executive Council members were some members of the PCRC Executive Council, Clifford Wilcox (Financial Secretary), and Dcn. Amb. Donald Osifoh (State/Corporate Coordinator).
