Representatives of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA) paid a courtesy visit to the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Rivers State Command on the 6th of August 2026.
The team, comprising Ukoha Omereji, the SA on Marketing/Community Sanitation, and Kelvin O. Maximus, who handles Advocacy & Awareness for the agency, was received by the PCRC Rivers State Chairman, Dr. Voke Emore, and some of the PCRC Management Team, including Esimvie Osuamkpe (State Deputy Secretary), Nnamdi Esimai (State Organising Secretary), Nonye Maryam Ikwue-Omakwu (Assistant Welfare Secretary), Prince Iyke Nwokeji (Chairman, Oyigbo Area Command), Ajose Idowu (Acting Chairman, Mini-Okoro Area Command), Prof. Rev. Adekanmbi Martins (Chairman, Choba Area Command), and Pst. Sam Emeka PhD (Chairman, Sani Abacha Road Division).
The RIWAMA team expressed their desire to partner with the PCRC in tackling the challenges of waste management in Port Harcourt Metropolis
