STATE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT, PORT HARCOURT: 24TH JANUARY 2026
The State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) sent off the outgoing Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of State CID, DCP Sirajo Lukman, on his retirement from the services of the Nigeria Police Force, having completed 35 years of active service. Dignitaries at the event included the Rivers State PCRC Chairman, Amb. Voke Emore, the incoming DC State CID DCP Titus Ayofeji, the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Finance and Admin., DCP David Erale, and the Chief Host, CP Olugbenga Adepoju, Commissioner of Police, Rivers State Command.
