Rivers State CP Commissions DPO Quaters and Extension Lounge Courtesy PCRC Rivers Command
OLD GRA DIVISIONAL POLICE HEADQUARTERS, PORT HARCOURT: 2ND OCTOBER 2025
The Rivers State Commissioner of Police, CP Olugbenga Adepoju, commissioned the DPO's Quarters and Extension Lounge for Cadets, a project executed by the PCRC Rivers Command. The DPO Old GRA, CSP Bovie Osan, was also on hand to welcome the Commissioner of Police. The State Executive Council was represented by the Chairman, Amb. Voke Emore, Deputy Chairman Sir Chief Eben Ogan, Organising Secretary, Nnamdi Esimai, the Financial Secretary, Clifford Wilcox, Provost, High Chief Amb. Nathan Onumajuru, Legal Adviser II, Ebi Pax Harry, and the Youth Committee Coordinator, Confidence Woko. Also in the delegation were the Chairman PCRC, Old GRA Division, Prince Batubo, and Kalada Briggs, also from the PCRC Old GRA Division.
