RETIREMENT OF CSP UKADIKE MARTINS: 4TH JULY 2026
The retirement party of CSP Ukadike Martins, Commander C4i, Borikiri Base, and his 2nd-in-Command held on Saturday, 4th July 2026. In attendance was the Rivers State Commissioner of Police, CP Olugbenga Adepoju, and some members of his management team. Also in attendance were some principal officers of the PCRC, including the State Chairman, Dr Voke Emore, Clifford Wilcox (Financial Secretary), Nnamdi Esimai (Organising Secretary), Jide Adeniyi (Chairman Borikiri), Jonathan Dawari, Alhaji Aliyu Sadiq and Elder Stephen Wilcox, all from Borikiri Division.
