POLICE OFFICERS' WIVES' ASSOCIATION (POWA) COMMEMORATES INTERNATIONAL WIDOWS' DAY 2026: 27TH JUNE 2026
The Police Officers' Wives' Association (POWA) marked the international Widows' Day with an empowerment programme for Police Widows on Saturday, 27th June 2026.
POWA used the occasion to gift some Police Widows with gifts in cash and kind to support them in their endeavours.
The PCRC, a partner of POWA, was also present at the event as the Deputy Secretary, Esimvie Osuamkpe, represented the State Chairman, Dr Voke Emore.
