PCRC APRIL 2026 MONTHLY MEETING: A HEALTH-FOCUSED GATHERING IN HONOUR OF MRS. BEAUTY OKEKU
PCRC MONTHLY MEETING, OFFICERS MESS: 23RD APRIL 2026
The monthly meeting of the Police Community Relations Committee for the month of April, described by a member as one of the best, held on the 23rd of April 2026 at the Police Officers' Mess.
The meeting, which was also in commemoration of the World Health Day, was done in honour of our departed colleague and member, Mrs Beauty Okeku.
Apart from the routine discussions, introduction of new delegates, induction of new members, and cutting of a birthday cake, a greater part of the meeting was devoted to presentations from medical personnel covering areas such as cardiovascular health, diabetes mellitus, mental well being, stress management, sleep, retirement planning, reproductive health, prostate health for men, and menopause for women.
Vital tests were also conducted on members present.
There was also a presentation from Opay, where free ATM cards were issued to members.
