Visit to PCRC National Grand Patron
the LOC for the recently concluded Capacity Building Workshop visited Amb. Ibe Uchechukwu Emmanuel, the PCRC National Grand Patron. The State Chairman used the occasion to once again appreciate him for his contributions towards the success of Capacity Building Workshop. Furthermore, the State Chairman intimated him on one of our forthcoming programmes, the War Against Drug Abuse, which is a continuous programme that we have in partnership with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
