The service of songs for Chief (Elder) Emma Obi, who until his demise was the Chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee, Mini-Okoro Area Command, took place on Wednesday, 10th June 2026.
The PCRC was well represented at the event. The State Deputy Chairman, Sir Chief Eben Emman Ogan JP, representing the State Chairman, Dr Voke Emore, led a delegation of PCRC officers and members drawn from the State Command, Area Commands, and Divisions, especially those in the Mini-Okoro Area Command as well as the Port Harcourt Area Command.
