Rivers State Commissioner of Police held a Press Conference to Introduce the Rivers Zero Crime Initiative 2023
On Wednesday 30th August 2023, the Rivers State Commissioner of Police held a Press Conference to introduce the Rivers Zero Crime Initiative. Prominent stakeholders in the security architecture of the State who were in attendance include the State Governor, represented by the Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr Mrs Ngozi Odu, the Zone 16 PCRC Chairman, Bishop Moses Omonkhuale and some executive officers of Zone 16, the Chairman PCRC Rivers State, Voke Emore, who is equally a member of the committee, and some executive officers and members of the PCRC Rivers State.
