PCRC Chairman Presented a Touchscreen PC to the B OPS

On Friday the 21st of February, the State Chairman, Voke Emore, presented a touchscreen PC to the B OPS department of the Rivers State Police Command. The Deputy Commissioner of Police (OPS) DCP Alhassan Kawu received the system on behalf of the department.
