PCRC Annual Peace Walk 2025
History was made yesterday, 28th January 2025, as the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Rivers State Command, held the first edition of her annual Peace Walk. The Peace Walk, is expected on one hand, to sensitise members of the public to the role of the PCRC in working with the Police, primarily, and other security agencies to create a safe, secure and peaceful environment, and on the other hand to encourage camaraderie among the members of the PCRC. Some of our partners who joined us on the Peace Walk to drive home our message include the 6 Division, Nigerian Army, the Federal Road Safety Corps, the Road Safety Bikers' Club, and the Rotary Club. The Peace Walk, which started at the Isaac Boro Park, terminated at the Rivers State Government House, where the Rivers State Head of Service, Dr George C.
