243rd General Session of the PCRC Rivers State Command May 2023
The 243rd General Session of the PCRC Rivers State Command held on Thursday the 25th of May 2023 at the Officers Mess. In attendance were representatives from various levels, including divisions, area commands and Zone 16. Highlights of the meeting include the presentation of different committees, introduction of newly elected divisional delegates, and the induction of a new member.
